External connections interrupted
The issue has been resolved.
The issue occurred while our system development team attempted to roll back our temporary fix of the November outage. We expected this to go smoothly, since the unterlying issue in the docker service has been fixed. However, this was not the case, and our monitoring did not catch it. We'll investigate the root cause further and improve our monitoring systems.
The main issue seems to be resolved and we are watching system recovery.
pretix has issues reaching external systems including payment providers and other APIs. This has mostly been visible through failed payments, but may have also caused delayed webhooks, missing data transfers to external systems, and similar events. We are looking into the cause.
