Recent incidents

Upload of files and shop styles interrupted

An expired security certificate caused trouble in connecting to our file storage backend.
We have monitoring mechanisms in place that alert us ahead of time if a certificate is about to expire, however the monitoring mechanism did not work for reasons that are not yet know. We are now researching this to avoid future issues.

The incident has been resolved.
