System incident

Partial Outage

Due to an incident with one of our domains, ticket shops were rendered without styles, graphics or scripts and ticket and invoice PDFs and exports could not be created.

Everything seems to be working properly by now. The root cause seems to be outside of our scope of influence and seems to affect other customers as well.

We have applied the outstanding config changes to all remaining servers and are confident that the issue is now actually resolved.

We are still seeing some requests failing when trying to access media assets - we are looking into this as you are reading this.

We have moved all content that was previously on *.pretix.space to *.pretix.cloud, all systems are functioning properly again and we are looking further for the root cause.

The NIC operating the authoritative DNS servers for the for our domain static.pretix.space/cdn.pretix.space is responding to any and all requests with NXDOMAIN.

While we are in contact with the domain registry, we are running and emergency deployment and move to another CDN-domain.
