Maintenance window
Our data center provider needs to change a central hardware component of our database system. To prepare for this change, we will take the affected sever out of rotation during the following maintenance window from Tuesday, 2025-07-08, 23:00:00 UTC to Wednesday, 2025-07-09, 01:00:00 UTC. Within this time, pretix will be unavailable for an expected duration of up to two minutes. The actual hardware change will happen later that day but we do not expect any further disruption to our availability.
Switch over to new server succeeded, all operations normal.
