Scheduled system tasks not running
Scheduled tasks, such as scheduled emails, reports, reminders, expiry of orders, scheduled deletions, etc. are currently not running due to a system failure.
The incident has been resolved, all tasks have been run. We apologize deeply for any inconvenience this may have caused on your end. We know how the issue happened and can prevent it in the future, but we will also investigate how to extend our monitoring systems to detect similar issues more quickly.
A solution has been rolled out, the system will now run all missed tasks as far as it still makes sense.
The incident has been detected through customer feedback. We will now implement a solution.
