Due to a degradation in the Falkenstein network, pretix service users may experience intermittent request failures or slower responses. VRTicket customers are affected most by this partial outage.

Hetzner have confirmed and mitigated a router failure in the Falkenstein location. Services are currently recovering, but we are continuing to monitor the situation.
