One incident

No transactions on pretixPOS possible

We are observing an issue where customers using pretixPOS are unable to create new orders.

Everything is back to normal. We know this kind of issue causes quite some inconvenience and would like to apologize deeply. We are extending our external test cases and are reviewing how this slipped through.

The fix has been rolled out, everything should be back to normal again.

The reason is a change to our API that accidentally made a field required that should be optional. A fix has been developed and will now be rolled out.

We are currently working on a fix for the issue.
