Email deliverability impacted
We currently experience a high number of email rejections from recipients hosted with Microsoft (Outlook, Hotmail, Live) and Apple (icloud).
We're no longer seeing elevated levels of problems, however, delivery to Microsoft unfortunately always has it's challenges.
We do not see any delivery issues to Apple any more since around 20:10 UTC last night. We're still seeing delays with Microsoft.
We have reached out to Microsoft and Apple and are looking to remedy the issue. In the meantime, we are routing emails to Microsoft and Apple through a fallback provider. This fallback routing only works for events where
- the email sender is support@pretix.eu instead of your custom address
- there is no BCC address configured in the event that receives all emails
