System partially unavailable
Due to a partial system failure, a number of features of the system were unavailable, especially those related to the generation and download of files of any kind. An oversight in our monitoring system caused this issue to be going on for a good two hours before it got noticed. The root cause as well as the monitoring failure has since been fixed.
